About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on SkilloVilla's products, services, and potential clients, aiming for a solid understanding
2. Work on understanding customer needs and smoothly match them with tailored solutions
3. Sort and assess new customers from our inbound and outbound leads
4. Build strong relationships with clients, connecting with key decision-makers
5. Work on keeping detailed records of customer info and conversations in our CRM system
6. Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads and inquiries
7. Work on planned sales activities and identify promising new customers
8. Work on meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
9. Conduct effective online demos for potential customers

1. Location: Our office is in Bangalore, with the option for in-office work
2. Job type: Full-time position

Other requirements

1. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with a friendly and engaging phone manner (proficiency in Hindi and English is a must; knowledge of regional languages is a bonus)

3. Strategy-oriented with a research-based approach

4. Good at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and time management

5. Any graduate or postgraduate (completed or in the final year of studies)

6. Academic background in fields like BBA, B.Tech, B.Sc, or postgraduate studies (completed or nearing completion)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,50,000 - 9,00,000 /year
