We are expanding our operations in Bengaluru and are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business opportunities by making proactive sales calls and visiting potential clients.
2. Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into clients.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
4. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
6. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
7. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2. 0-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the hospitality, food safety or related industry
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong presentation and negotiation skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Highly proactive and self-motivated
7. Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude
8. Good organizational and time management skills
9. Proficiency in MS Office
