1. Lead Business Development: Oversee sales and manage the pipeline for photography and videography services
2. Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients, nurture relationships, and drive conversions
3. Sales Process Optimization: Provide continuous feedback to improve and streamline sales strategies
4. Client Relationship Management: Ensure outstanding client experiences and maintain strong client relationships
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with photographers and team members to bring clients' wedding visions to life
