Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and connect with professors, HODs, deans, and research coordinators in universities and colleges
2. Develop and maintain a database of potential leads, including institutions, faculty members, and researchers
3. Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and direct visits to institutions
4. Build long-term collaborations with universities for bulk publishing, research paper submissions, and conference proceedings
5. Secure MoUs (Memorandum of Understanding) with institutions for academic collaborations
6. Coordinate with academic institutions for conducting workshops and webinars on publishing
7. Promote and sell book publishing, edited book contributions, and journal publication services
8. Ensure faculty members and researchers understand API score benefits for career advancement
9. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for book publications, research papers, and conference proceedings
10. Connect with institutions to organize academic conferences
11. Promote AG Publishing House's conference proceedings publishing services
12. Ensure institutions recognize AG Publishing as a preferred publishing partner
13. Maintain strong follow-ups with clients to ensure repeat business
14. Address faculty and institution concerns regarding API, NAAC, and CAS credits
15. Work closely with internal teams, including editors and marketers, to deliver a seamless experience
16. Represent AG Publishing House in educational fairs, faculty development programs, and seminars
17. Use LinkedIn, academia platforms, and email marketing to expand reach
18. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content for faculty engagement
