Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts
2. Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with prospects, convert leads into long-term clients, and ensure customer satisfaction
3. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities
4. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
5. Proposal Management: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
7. Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and performance KPIs

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2. Proven experience in sales or business development is an advantage
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
4. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
