About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive networking and lead-generation activities.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
4. Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
5. Collaborate with the team to develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
6. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree or MBA in marketing or related field preferred.

5. Excellent IT skills, with adequate software knowledge and allied sales tools.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
