Key responsibilities:

1. Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings
2. Attending CRM calls, cold calling, handling virtual meetings
3. Generating new business leads and implementing the right strategies to maintain the required workforce
4. Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
5. Meeting sales goals and demonstrating professionalism

Skills:

1. Should have strategic thinking skills when contributing to marketing strategy meetings
2. Must be able to develop good client relations
3. Prospecting skills
4. Must possess good sales skills when assisting in the lead qualification process
5. Updated market knowledge
6. Presentation skills are desirable
7. High energy level

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales or other B2B sales role
2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target over the phone
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
5. Presentation skills are desirable
6. Should be target-oriented with a go-getter attitude
