Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Student assessment and enrollment guidance: Evaluate prospective students' goals, experiences, and readiness for coach training programs.
2. Provide personalized guidance to students on selecting the appropriate coaching courses and certification levels (e.g., ACC, PCC, MCC) that align with their professional aspirations.
3. Program Information and curriculum guidance: Explain the details of various ICF-accredited programs, including course content, certification requirements, and the coaching competencies covered.
4. Career counseling and professional development: Assist students in identifying potential career paths within the coaching industry, including corporate, life, leadership, or niche coaching sectors.
4. Workshop and event coordination: Organize and promote informational workshops, webinars, and Q&A sessions for prospective and current students.
5. Documentation and record keeping: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and outcomes to ensure compliance with ICF standards and organizational policies.
6. Liaison with faculty and administration: Collaborate with instructors and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive student experience.
7. Provide feedback from students to the organization to help improve program offerings and support services.
8. Marketing and outreach support: Participate in outreach activities to attract potential students, including attending educational fairs, webinars, and online marketing efforts. Provide input on marketing materials and content to ensure they accurately reflect the offerings and benefits of the organization's coaching programs.
9. Ethics and standards compliance: Uphold and communicate ICF's ethical guidelines and standards to students, ensuring they understand the importance of ethics in coaching.
10. Ensure all counseling and guidance activities align with the ICF's core competencies and the organization's values.
