About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a business development plan to promote Bentley software solutions across the construction, engineering, and infrastructure sectors.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.
3. Client Engagement: Conduct presentations, product demos, and meetings to understand client needs and propose suitable Bentley solutions (MicroStation, OpenRoads, ProjectWise, etc.).
4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, project managers, and key stakeholders in target industries.
5. Sales Process Management: Drive the sales cycle from initial contact to closure, including negotiations and contract signing.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with GKC's technical team to ensure seamless solution delivery and support.
7. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position GKC's Bentley software solutions effectively.
8. Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and client communications using CRM tools.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in software sales (experience with Bentley products is a plus).

2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

1. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

2. Ability to understand and articulate software solutions related to construction and infrastructure projects.

3. Familiarity with Bentley Systems’ products (MicroStation, OpenBuildings, ProjectWise, etc.) is highly desirable.

4. Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales performance.

5. Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

6. Networking: A strong network within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure industries is a plus.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 /year
