1. Proven record of accomplishment within the interiors industry and experience in dealing with clients

2. Between 6 months to 3 years of experience selling premium industrial goods with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals

3. Sales, marketing, and negotiation skills

4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

5. Customer relationship management and communication skills

6. Knowledge of furniture and interior design trends

7. Experience in the furniture or interior design industry

8. Strong organizational and time-management skills

9. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

10. Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or B.Tech in civil will be an advantage or related field
