Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and online chats.
2. Convert inquiries into customers through effective counseling and follow-up.
3. Meet and exceed sales targets by managing leads and delivering on revenue goals.
4. Conduct outbound lead generation via various channels.
5. Record and update competitor information, stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Perform necessary administrative tasks and ensure accurate record-keeping of customer interactions.

Experience: 1-4 yrs
Industry: Any/Preferable ed-tech

1. Prior experience in sales.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication, strong presentation, and negotiation skills.

4. Highly organized with good time management and attention to detail.

6. Familiarity with CRM systems and communication tools like email, WhatsApp, and chat platforms.
7. Candidates with experience in corporate sales or education counseling.
