About the job

As a business development manager, you will be responsible for project acquisition, account management, and acquisition of new clients. You will drive business development efforts that generate leads for premium interior projects, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales.

In addition to personal sales goals and assigned targets, you will be pivotal in winning business to reach targeted goals by ensuring that leads are exchanged, relationships are managed and clients are given a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities:

1. Build a network of real estate brokers develop partnerships with them, and continuously interact with them to build a strong influence over the network. Share the latest developments and programs for them and the end user
2. Gather market intelligence, including information on clients and competitors in the residential interiors market, sector, industry trends, future projects, etc, and conduct sales benchmarking of competitor brands
3. Generate and track leads and forecast your sales efforts to create new bookings
Follow up with internal team members to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests, and take part in pitches and other presentations that meet the client s needs and expectations
4. Collaborate in developing the systems, materials, and resources necessary for business development, including proposals, presentations, and serving offerings to win work

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

A graduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of sales or business development experience.

Proven experience in managing complex B2C sales/business development cycles within residential and commercial interiors.

Knowledge of real estate brokers and their business operations.

Strong understanding of the residential market sector in India, including competitive positioning and strategy.

Ability to travel within the region/location as required.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Flexibility with work timings/schedule and availability.

Strong relationship management and account management skills.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,50,000 /year
