We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our team as a Freelance Engagement Specialist. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with our network of freelance recruiters and ensuring the continuous flow of high-quality candidate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outreach & engagement: Proactively reach out to potential freelancers through calls, messages, and emails to introduce them to SnapFind and help them join our platform.
2. Relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with freelancers, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries and support.
3. Lead generation: Collaborate with freelancers to generate targeted candidate leads that match our clients' hiring requirements.
4. Query resolution: Address and resolve freelancers' questions, doubts, and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
5. Performance tracking: Monitor the quality and quantity of candidate leads generated, offering feedback and assistance to freelancers to enhance outcomes.
6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress, and report on engagement metrics and lead generation goals.

Work Timings - 10 AM - 7 PM.

6. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
