Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
2. Generate new business leads through cold calls, emails, social media outreach, networking events, and referrals
3. Research and build a pipeline of prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges
4. Qualify inbound leads and identify key decision-makers within organizations to effectively position the HRMS solution
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
6. Negotiate contracts to close deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements
7. Identify and target new business opportunities within relevant industries
8. Leverage market research to tailor sales approaches and solutions to client needs
9. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals
10. Monitor and track sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement
11. Provide detailed feedback and insights to leadership on sales pipeline and performance
12. Explore and pursue additional business opportunities, especially in the construction field, to expand market reach
