Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (Female Preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the beauty and health industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage follow-ups effectively.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and onboard potential beauty & health brands for Worthy Cart.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners.
3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
4. Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and meetings.
5. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth brand onboarding.
6. Maintain data and reports on Excel for business tracking.

Requirements:

Strong passion for the Beauty & Health Industry.
Excellent communication & follow-up skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
Confident, proactive, and target-driven.
Prior experience in BD, Sales, or Brand Partnerships (preferred but not mandatory).
