Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Market products in shops and departmental stores, highlighting unique selling points
2. Persuade owners/managers to stock products on their shelves
3. Manage existing distributors and establish new ones
4. Design digital messages creatively to connect with customers
5. Assist in office operations, including accounts, production, inventory, and stock maintenance
6. Fluency in English, Bengali, Assamese, and Hindi is essential

Requirements:

1. Good speaking ability and communication skills
2. Ability to handle pressure calmly
3. Presentable personality with a friendly demeanor
4. Creativity and innovative thinking
5. Must maintain a professional appearance
6. Must have a bike/scooty with a valid driver's license
7. Residence in specified areas (Beltola, Basistha, Jayanagar, Sixmile) required
