About the job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Client acquisition and management:
1. Identify and target potential B2B clients interested in eco-friendly and sustainable products
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
3. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

B. Sales strategy and execution:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and market expansion
2. Identify and explore new sales channels and distribution networks
3. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction

C. Market research and analysis:
1. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape and potential business opportunities
2. Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine sales strategies and product offerings

D. Collaboration and networking:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
2. Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to promote the company's products and expand the client base
3. Establish and maintain partnerships with industry influencers and key stakeholders

E. Reporting and documentation:
1. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market analysis to track progress and inform decision-making
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions and contracts

Qualifications:

A. Education: Graduation in any field

B. Experience:

a. Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in the eco-friendly and sustainable products sector

b. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth

C. Skills:

a. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

b. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

c. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

d. Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team

e. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

D. Other:

a. Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship

b. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, events and trade shows
