Business Development Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:
- Identify and engage potential suppliers and manufacturers of building materials
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
2. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and partners
3. Client Onboarding and Relationship Management:
- Guide new suppliers and manufacturers through the onboarding process to Hubeco platform, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
- Develop and execute client retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships
4. Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business development activities
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and growth
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Hubeco marketplace
