Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to foster growth for the agency.
2. Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
3. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue and achieve company objectives.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
5. Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
6. Prepare proposals, presentations, and other business development materials to engage potential clients.
7. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a marketing agency or startup environment.
3. Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing deals.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to think critically and strategically when planning business initiatives.
6. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, and advertising is a plus.
