4. Conducting compelling sales presentations to engage and persuade potential customers.
5. Achieving sales closures and obtaining orders through effective follow-ups.
6. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular visits, follow-ups, and personalized interactions.
7. Setting individual sales targets in alignment with overall company objectives.
8. Working towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets on a regular basis.
9. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM systems or other designated tools.
10. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
11. Reporting to the Sales Manager.
