We are seeking dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential clients in need of IP filing and legal services through research, networking, cold-calling, and cold emails.
2. Identify potential leads and build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
3. Establish contact with prospective clients and understand their requirements regarding patent and trademark filings and provide initial information about tailored digital marketing solutions.
4. Present Filing Buddy's services to clients, demonstrating how our platform simplifies IP filing processes and ensures compliance with legal standards.
5. Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with the services provided and addressing any concerns.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into sales.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights to clients.
8. Maintain accurate sales records, update the CRM system, and provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline development.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the legal or professional services sector.
3. Understanding of IP services like patent filings, trademark registration, and copyright would be advantageous.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Required:
1. Proven track record of successful sales and meeting targets.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.
