1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling.
2. Responsible for hunting/prospecting and closing business at all revenue levels across assigned territory.
3. Grows and manages a balanced pipeline across assigned territory to achieve new business revenue growth.
4. Demonstrates products and services to generate interest.
5. Educates clients on additional products/services to enhance or upsell orders.
6. Interacts with clients via in person, phone and email; Responds to questions, concerns, and feedback.
7. Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
8. Maintains communication post-sale to solicit feedback and measure client satisfaction.
9. Oversees negotiations and ensures pricing, profitability, operation, contract, and on-boarding requirements are achieved.
