Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Inside Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cold calling, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of IT sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through cold calling and other lead-generation activities.
2. Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in inside sales and lead generation, preferably in the IT industry.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong cold-calling skills.
4. Knowledge of IT sales and industry trends.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)
