SuperLabs is seeking a Business Development Executive with a proven track record in IT resource augmentation sales to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and target potential clients in the IT resource augmentation sector
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs
3. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
4. Effectively communicate SuperLabs' services and value proposition to clients
5. Collaborate with the internal team to deliver tailored solutions to clients
6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
7. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals
8. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2. Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in IT resource augmentation sales
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Must have previous experience in IT staffing sales.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
