Key responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain effective communication with clients, understanding their personal needs, and presenting our products/services accordingly
2. Negotiation and Closing: Conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership
3. Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Devise and implement effective sales strategies, exceeding revenue targets
4. Tailor proposals and presentations to match the specific requirements and preferences of potential clients
5. Collaborate with the client and internal teams to create bespoke solutions for their individual needs
6. Lead negotiations and facilitate the closing of deals, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for the client
7. Manage the end-to-end sales process with efficiency and professionalism
8. Acquire an in-depth understanding of OffLimitsCoffee's offerings, ensuring the ability to articulate the unique value proposition to clients
9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
