Business Development Executive Real Estate (Pan India)

Position Summary:

As a Business Development Executive in the real estate industry, you will focus on generating leads, building client relationships, and working with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, client visits, and networking.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, present services, and facilitate meetings.
3. Conduct sales presentations, close vendor agreements, and collaborate on contracts.
4. Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments.
5. Develop and implement business growth strategies with sales and marketing teams.
6. Attend industry events to expand networks and form partnerships.
7. Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and report to management.
8. Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and problem-solving.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/MBA or equivalent.
2. Experience in business development or sales in Real Estate/Hospitality.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and sales tools.
5. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and self-motivation.
6. Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
