Key responsibilities:

A. Lead Generation: Generating leads and communicating with potential clients through various avenues such as social media, databases, online research, networking, etc.

B.Customer Engagement:

1. Initiate contact with inbound users via calls and messages to establish a connection.
2. Cultivating strong interpersonal relationships with the new clients. Understanding client needs and suggesting solutions.
3. Collating and maintaining the client information, customer interactions and transactions, details.

C. Social Media Leads Gathering:

1. Utilize social media platforms to gather leads and expand the customer base through platforms
