About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify, contact, and qualify prospective clients in schools, universities, and corporate training divisions.
2. Build long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and identifying upselling opportunities.
3. Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including contract negotiation and closing.

1. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

2. A degree in any field.

3. Critical thinking and the ability to think outside the box.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and converting leads into sales.

6. Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.

7. Experience in the edtech industry.

8. Prior experience in the upskilling segment (small ticket sales) is a plus.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 /year
