Key responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Growth - Identify leads, pitch solutions, and close deals.
2. Market Research & Strategy - Analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
3. Partnerships & Alliances - Build relationships with schools, colleges, and corporates.
4. Product & Customer Success - Ensure product fit, gather feedback, and improve user experience.
5. Brand Awareness & Outreach - Conduct webinars, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
6. Lead Generation & Conversion - Use CRM tools, cold calling, and networking for sales.
7. Negotiation & Deal Closure - Structure pricing, contracts, and partnerships effectively.
8. Collaboration with Internal Teams - Work with marketing, tech, and customer support teams.

Who can apply

Other requirements

2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects and customers.

3. Knowledge of educational technology solutions or a keen interest in the education sector.

4. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.

7. 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,14,000 - 6,15,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 14,000 - 15,000 /year
