Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and target audiences
2. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales goals
3. Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform decision-making
4. Identify potential clients and decision-makers through various channels such as networking, referrals, and online research
5. Initiate contact with prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and meetings
6. Create and present business proposals and negotiate contracts to secure deals
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities
8. Serve as a point of contact for client queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution
9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue growth
10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, digital marketing, online sales. A Master's degree (MBA) is a plus
2. 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
