Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Maharashtra, UP, Rajasthan, MP, Gujarat, Kerala, Tamil, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana, Punjab/Haryana, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

a. Lead Generation:
1. Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
2. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

b. Sales Process Management:
1. Understand client needs and requirements.
2. Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
3. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
4. Ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management.

c. Relationship Building:
1. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business.
2. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key clients.

d. Market Analysis:
1. Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
2. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market insights.

e. Sales Reporting:
1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
2. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

f. Collaboration:
1. Work closely with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and strategies.
2. Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.


Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
3. Familiarity with the sales process and CRM software.
