About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends relevant to our 3D printing solutions
Analyze competitor offerings and market dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Generate leads through various channels, including online research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for further engagement and follow-up

3. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target companies
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and value proposition
Negotiate and close deals to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets

4. Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and tactics to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base
Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and clients based on growth potential and alignment with company objectives

5. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and ensure seamless execution of customer engagements
Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product development, marketing strategies, and business decisions

Other requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred

2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field, preferably in the technology or manufacturing industry

3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software

6. Motivated self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently
