As a 'Program Advisor' in the B2C division of our company, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting individuals interested in our diverse range of programs. Working from our office, you will engage with prospective and current participants, offering personalized advice to help them make informed decisions about enrolling in programs that align with their career goals and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Consultation and guidance: Engage with potential and current program participants in person, over the phone, and through email. Understand their career objectives, strengths, and areas for improvement. Offer tailored advice on suitable programs to meet their needs.
2. Program knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Expertrons programs, including curriculum, features, benefits, and pricing structures. Communicate program details, learning outcomes, and potential career pathways to prospective participants.
3. Enrolment support: Facilitate the enrolment process for participants. Assist with registration, payment procedures, and necessary documentation.
4. Building relationships: Cultivate positive relationships with program participants. Offer ongoing support and address inquiries throughout their learning journey. Foster a sense of community and engagement within the program.
5. Sales collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve enrolment targets. Contribute to the growth of the company through successful enrolment strategies.
