About the job

Key responsibilities:

a. Lead generation:
1. Make outbound calls and send emails to identify potential clients.
2. Generate new leads through various methods (telecalling, social media, etc.).
3. Research potential markets and customers.

b. Sales and customer acquisition:
1. Engage with potential customers and understand their needs.
2. Convert leads into paying customers.
3. Build and maintain relationships with new clients.

c. Telecalling and follow-ups:
1. Make regular calls to introduce our products and services.
2. Follow up with leads to turn them into customers.
3. Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.

d. Sales reporting:
1. Keep records of all calls, leads, and sales.
2. Report weekly on lead generation and sales progress.

e. Customer relationship management:
1. Update customer information in our CRM.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction by answering questions and resolving issues.

Skill(s) required

Client Relationship Sales

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Experience in telecalling and sales.

3. Good communication and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to work independently and manage time well.
