We seek a highly motivated and dynamic 'Business Development Executive' to join our team. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive the company's growth through strategic sales efforts. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills to ensure business growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Client prospecting:
1. Conduct research to identify potential clients and markets for the company's products or services.
2. Utilize various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, networking events) to reach prospective clients.
3. Qualify leads and gather information to understand the client's needs and challenges.
II. Client engagement:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
2. Present and promote the company's products/services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate the features and advantages.
III. Sales pipeline management:
1. Manage and track all sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
2. Follow up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
3. Regularly update the status of deals and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
IV. Negotiation and closing:
1. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment terms to close deals that meet the company's objectives.
2. Address client objections and work to resolve any concerns or issues to finalize the sale.
3. Ensure all contractual paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and promptly.
V. Payment follow-up:
1. Monitor payment schedules and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
2. Work with the finance team to resolve any payment disputes or issues.
3. Maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate ongoing business and ensure prompt payment collection.
VI. Reporting and analysis:
1. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development efforts.
2. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions, client needs, and competitive activity.
