Detailed Responsibilities Of Key Accounts Manager : 1. PO Validation and Price Check: Verify the details of each Purchase Order (PO) for accuracy. Cross-check the MRP, Landing Price and NLC (Net Landing Cost) to ensure alignment with agreed pricing structures. Flag discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to rectify errors before processing. Ensure that all POs are correctly priced to avoid financial losses or client disputes. 2. PO Appointment Coordination and Delivery Management: Appointment co-ordination & confirmation from details Retailers Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to schedule delivery appointments for POs with retailers. Streamline the delivery process and prevent delays by aligning with retailer schedules. 3. Portal Monitoring and Validation: Perform daily checks on retailer portals such as Zepto and RIL SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) to confirm that POs are correctly reflected. Report any missing or incorrect POs to the retailer or internal teams for prompt resolution. Maintain real-time PO accuracy and avoid disruptions in the order processing cycle. 4. PO Summary in Excel: Consolidate POs into detailed Excel summaries for further Planning Provide a clear overview of PO statuses to facilitate decision-making and operational planning. 5. Supply Coordination: Co-ordination between Retailer & logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain management. Confirm that stocks are dispatched to meet PO requirements and delivery timelines. 6. GRN (Goods Receipt Note) Report Management: Maintain GRN reports to track the receipt of goods at the retailer's end. Verify GRN entries against POs to confirm that the right quantities and products have been delivered. Ensure accountability and accuracy in stock handling, reducing discrepancies and claims. 7. Retailer Coordination for Adjustments: Price Amendments: Update pricing in POs as per revised agreements. Case Size Adjustments: Modify packaging or order configurations if needed. MRP Corrections: Ensure the correct MRP is reflected in the system and on products. PO Extensions: Request and confirm extensions for POs nearing expiration. Maintain flexibility and alignment with retailer requirements, ensuring smooth business operations.
