About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base
2. Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building
3. Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized digital marketing solutions that meet client objectives
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
7. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's services, pricing structure, and value proposition
8. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team
9. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing and share insights with internal teams
10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and foster business relationships

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2. 1 year of experience in the field of digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth is preferred
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
4. Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency is strongly preferred
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
6. Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels
7. Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
9. Passion for digital marketing and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends
