As a Business Development Executive at Retailers Association's Skill Council Of India (RASCI), you will play a crucial role in driving growth and fostering strong relationships with clients. Your proficiency in written and spoken English, along with your effective communication skills, will be pivotal in this role. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify business opportunities and execute strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement business development strategies to expand RASCI's client base.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our Industry and Academia partners.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new clients.
4. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients using MS-PowerPoint/ Canva to showcase RASCI's services and offerings.
Retailers Association's Skill Council of India (RASCI) is a skill council for retail & its sub-sectors, i.e., brick & mortar (modern & traditional trade), FMCG/FMCD distribution, e-commerce, and direct selling & entrepreneurship. We are a section 8, not for profit organization, set up and funded by the GOI and equity participation from industry partners, i.e. Retailer's Association of India, Reliance Retail Ltd., Future Retail India Ltd., Shoppers Stop Ltd., Globus Stores (P) Ltd., Trent Ltd., Infiniti Retail Ltd., and Connaught Plaza Restaurant (P) Ltd., to function as an apex skill development, standard-setting and government recognized certification body for vocational training/education/courses in India.
RASCI acts as a bridge between industry demand and talent supply vide creation of job role-specific national occupational standards, thereby enabling employability and livelihood for the youth of India.
