Position - Business Development Executive

Job Description:
Type: Work from Office
Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calls and respond to web-generated, direct, and written inquiries from potential customers regarding new bookings.
2. Research and identify new market opportunities.
3. Execute the sales process to attract new clients, maintain fruitful relationships, and address client needs.
4. Resolve guest inquiries or issues, striving to ensure the best possible holiday experience.
5. Achieve weekly/monthly targets in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
6. Maintain client data in the CRM system.
7. Employ sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
8. Build strong client relationships to increase repeat business.
9. Pay close attention to booking details to minimize errors, client dissatisfaction, and lost revenue.
10. Process booking requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail.
11. Provide fast, friendly service, actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and offer assistance.
12. Guide customers about available offers and services.
13. Convert potential leads into sales and meet set targets.

Desired Skills and Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
2. Proficiency in MS Office.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Knowledge of GSuite.
5. Proactive attitude with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
7. Preferably, candidates should own a laptop.
