About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain a customer relationship management database and update the same with potential clients, as generated internally and through other recommended sources
2. Make calls to school principals/coordinators, college teachers, parents, and students to explain our offering and resolve their queries
3. Arrange and organize demo sessions for students and parents coming on the website
4. Work on answering customer queries, as per the feedback mechanism of the company
5. Email communication to be conducted regularly, with our B2B clients, for regular follow-ups and calls
6. Assist the company in sourcing teachers, take their demos, and make relevant database
7. Follow up with active and potential customers, through phone calls and emails as per the engagement and company policy
8. Represent the company in college fests, conferences, and events and perform necessary allied activities related to offline marketing
9. Visit schools or corporate offices, if required, and present our company s offerings
10. Maintain and manage vendors and trainers on board for financial education relevant to our clients and investors


1. Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in edtech
2. Good communication skills in English, with an ability to talk confidently and convince customers
