About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Client acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the industry. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other strategic methods.
2. Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their recruitment needs and offer tailored solutions.
3. Market research: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and potential opportunities.
4. Sales targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing long-term partnerships with clients.
5. Presentation & negotiation: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure mutual satisfaction.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless communication between clients and candidates. Provide insights and feedback to improve service offerings.
7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress. Prepare regular reports for management review.
