Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Nashik
Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant field sales experience
Responsibilities:
Travel extensively for on-field sales activities, including visiting industries and potential clients.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry visits.
Nurture leads to closure through effective follow-up and relationship building.
Achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Provide feedback to the management on market trends and customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in field sales, preferably in industrial sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 12 days in a month).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
