Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

a. Client Outreach and Lead Generation:
1. Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and networking.
2. Develop and implement outbound marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales.

b. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
1. Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels to introduce and invite them to visit our projects.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a customer-centric approach.

c. Presentation and Proposal Management:
1. Present our ultra-premium project proposals and detailed plans to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of the projects.
2. Effectively communicate project details and persuade clients to visit and invest.

d. Client Visits and Follow-Up:
1. Arrange and manage client visits to project sites.
2. Follow up with clients post-visit to address queries and move the sales process forward.
