Key Responsibilities:


Operations & Care Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of home care services.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for elderly clients.
Conduct client assessments and ensure care plans align with their needs.
Ensure caregivers follow care protocols and provide high-quality services.


Team Leadership & Supervision:

Recruit, train, and supervise home care staff and caregivers.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing support and development.
Schedule and assign caregivers to clients based on skills and client needs.
Address staff concerns and provide conflict resolution when needed.


Client Relations & Quality Assurance:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their families.
Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations to ensure client satisfaction.
Handle complaints, concerns, and emergency situations efficiently.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.


Administrative & Financial Management:

Monitor budgets, billing, and financial aspects of home care services.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with local healthcare laws, policies, and accreditation requirements.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.

Other requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.

Minimum of [X] years of experience in home care, elder care, or healthcare management.

Strong knowledge of elderly care services, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask, work independently, and make informed decisions.

Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and staff management.

Proficiency in using healthcare software and record-keeping systems.

First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
