Job Title: IT Sales Executive/Manager
Location: Noida

We are seeking motivated individuals with a strong background in IT sales to join our team as IT Sales Executives/Managers. Ideal candidates will excel in selling SaaS, software solutions, ERP, and B2B/B2G services, demonstrating a proven track record in achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

1. Create and execute sales plans to meet revenue goals and expand market presence
2. Identify and prioritize opportunities in target sectors for our IT solutions
3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored solutions
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our capabilities effectively
5. Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting
6. Utilize CRM software to track activities, opportunities, and client interactions
7. Prepare persuasive proposals, contracts, and quotations in collaboration with internal teams
8. Negotiate terms and close agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
10. Use insights to refine sales strategies and position our offerings effectively
11. Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customersupport teams to align strategies and drive business growth
12. Provide feedback on client needs and market demands to enhance our product offerings

Requirements

1. Executive: Minimum 3 years in IT sales with a focus on SaaS, software solutions, ERP, and B2B/B2G sectors
2. Manager: Minimum 5 years in IT sales, including team management and strategic planning
3. Bachelor s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
