Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Meet the assigned target of admissions
2. Connect & engage leads received through various marketing channels
3. Counsel leads; based on their profiles, suggest fruitful learning tracks
4. Proactively identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
5. Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
6. Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on the customer interaction/feedback
7. Manage pre-sales to post-sales support activities ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
8. Assist leads in obtaining the necessary documentation needed for the enrollment process
