JD for Business Development Executive
Desired profile:
1. Experience : 3+, if puerly in govt sales will have preference, tender bidding , projects winning
2. Should have Good Communication Skills - English and Hindi
3. Should have presentation skills & understanding of RFP / RFQ
4. Education qualification be Btech / MBA/ MCA
5. Should be familiar with GEM and Govt eProcurement portal
6. Immediate Joiner with 15 days
7. Job Location Noida HQ Office / but would be required to travel for
meetings and executions and bidding
8. Should be Open and flexible to work in case of requirement 6 days
week as per govt working
Key Metrics:
- Revenue generation by selling IT Software and Hardware services
/ along with Non-IT Solutions
- Good be good in relations handling (PR) in Government, PSU &
DEFENCE segment
- Should be able to Preparing & managing RFP & RFQ's for tenders
for desired solutions.
- Coordinating and Managing OEM's for Solutions/ Vendors for
product enquiry
- Should poses good research & analytic skills
- Candidates should have a sound technical understanding
- Candidates should possess techno commercial skills.
- Should be flexible to travel across India.
- Should be focused on achieving sales through government
agencies.
- Should possess skills of : managing administrative tasks such as managing schedules, good at tendering documentation and
bidding process and ensuring project requirements.
- Should be responsible for coordinating the flow of products or
services to consumers
- Will be coordinating the leads after the 1st sales interaction.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills. Strong
followup skill
- Should have sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel , PPT,
PDF )
- Should have understanding of effort estimation and project
budgeting
- Should be able to prepare and track reports and MIS , and would
be required to weekly publish reports with proper reasons for win /
loss.
