The business development executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking from the USA market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads and converting them into viable business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct research to identify potential leads and target companies within the sector
2. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to reach and engage target audiences
3. Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking to initiate contact with potential leads
4. Qualify leads based on established criteria and prioritize them for further follow-up
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized pitches and proposals for prospective clients
6. Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and update the database system regularly
7. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation
8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion
Qualifications:
1. MBA/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2. Proven experience in business lead generation for the international market, especially USA
3. Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients
6. Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to lead generation
7. Candidates must have international sales/lead generation experience for IT business
Our target market is the West (especially the USA) so candidates will be working in the USA time zone.
