As a business development executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and expanding our market presence.
You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate and Handle inquiries.
2. Manage the uniform first contact experience with all inquiries.
3. Understand the needs of prospective learners and provide appropriate solution's.
4. Organize and hold marketing activities.
5. Report on enrollments & inquiries of the center.
6. Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing solutions.
8. Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
9. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
10. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities.
11. Proven track record of exceeding sales target.
12. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.

1. Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
2. Proven track record of success in business development, sales or account management, preferably within the education or technology sector.
3. Strong understanding of the education industry landscape, including current trends, challenges and opportunities.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
