Key responsibilities:

1. Provide expert counseling to students interested in pursuing a career in the space field
2. Guide students through academic and career decisions related to space sciences
3. Promote and sell EsroMagica's programs and services to prospective students
4. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Experience in providing counselling or mentorship is a plus
3. Knowledge of space and astronomy education
4. Empathy and understanding of student needs
5. Ability to work independently and responsibly
6. Excellent problem-solving skills
7. Flexibility and adaptability
8. Sales experience or a strong sales aptitude
